PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
We charge your first night’s stay so your reservation is guaranteed. The remainder of the reservation will be charged 14 days prior to arrival. Because we are a small, independent inn, cancellations significantly affect us. If the reservation is cancelled for any reason at any time, we charge a $35 cancellation fee. Please note: There are no refunds if the reservation is cancelled or changed within 14 days of the date of your arrival.
Group Reservation Policies:
For groups reserving three or more rooms, an advance payment of one night per room is required at the time of reservation. The advanced payment, less a $35.00 cancellation fee per room is refundable if any or all reservations are cancelled at least thirty one (31) days prior to arrival. If any or all reservations are changed or cancelled within thirty (30) days of arrival the full amount of the booking will be charged.
There is always a minimum $35.00 fee per room for a cancellation. A shortening of stay is also deemed as a cancellation.
Confirmations will be sent by email unless there is a specific request for an alternative method.
Weekends and Holidays are normally subject to minimum stay requirements.
WE ARE A NON SMOKING INN.
We cannot accept pets of any kind including service dogs, unless there has been prior approval by owners.
Our rooms are designed to comfortably accommodate up to two people per room. Rates quoted are for single or double occupancy. Rates are subject to change without notice. We love children but they must be 14 years or older due to the setting of the inn.
